GYCA is an alliance of 700 youth leaders and adult allies in HIV/AIDS. It was proposed by youth worldwide, including the youth attendees of the XV International AIDS Conference in Bangkok and XIV International AIDS Conference in Barcelona.

Career Edge is designed to help Canadian youth make the transition from full-time education to full-time employment. Career Edge arranges 6-, 9- or 12-month internships for university, college or high-school graduates wishing to gain experience with an established company.
